About the Weet-Bix TRY for KIDS Fund

Every Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon provides a big event experience for your child in a fun, safe and rewarding environment to boost their resilience and self-confidence, inspiring them to continue a happy, healthy lifestyle and be the best they can be. Each year we invest in this not-for-profit event series to maintain and improve the experience for kids and their families, keeping entry fees as low as possible, to make it accessible to as many families as we can.

Unfortunately, the reality is, there are still a number of families who cannot afford the entry fees or do not have access to the necessary equipment for their children to take part and receive all the benefits. These are often the kids that could benefit most from the Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon experience. This is why we have teamed up with our charity partner, ADRA Australia, and created the Weet-Bix TRY For Kids Fund.

How it works

Through ADRA Australia, the Weet-Bix TRY For Kids Fund enables underprivileged Aussie kids to experience the life-changing benefits of Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon. ADRA has a wealth of experience working with disadvantaged local communities and children through their network of domestic community centres and youth programs such as DreamTrack. Working with our project partners and sponsors, funds raised for the Weet-Bix TRY For Kids Fund will allow us to provide subsidised entry fees, access to essential equipment, training and skill development programs, and transportation to Kids TRYathlon events for the kids that need it the most.
